Pest control businesses change hands for their route and contracts, and the service history behind them often goes unvalued. A copy of it can be licensed with the sale or before a closure.
Export first, then negotiate
Take a complete export of treatment and service records while the routing software account is live, then agree in the sale terms whether the seller keeps the right to license a copy. A buyer of the routes and a buyer of a data licence are rarely the same party.
