About the pest control records site
We read the terms of the routing, service and digital monitoring software pest control firms run on, and the pesticide and exposure rules that shape what their files contain.
Why it is here
A pest control firm's service history records infestations, treatments and outcomes visit after visit, and the platform terms it sits under say different things about who may use it.
Written for
Owners of residential and commercial pest control businesses holding years of treatment logs, device readings and service photos.
On these pages
The core is one question, "sell pest control data to ai", and a quote form that needs no login. Around it sit 4 guides. There is also a citable data table (figures and method) and the pages we read to build it.
- Can a pest control company sell its service records to AI?: Can a pest control company sell its service records? What 5 pest control platforms' terms say on ownership, reuse and export, read 2026-10-31.
- Pest control software data ownership and reuse, platform by platform: Pest control software data ownership: 3 of 5 platforms' terms name the firm as owner. Their reuse, training and export clauses, quoted.
- Pest control record keeping requirements under pesticide and COSHH rules: Pest control record keeping requirements: restricted use pesticide application records, WPS application information and COSHH exposure records, quoted from the rules.
- Selling a pest control business? License the service history too: Selling a pest control business or closing it? The service records can be licensed alongside the sale; export them before the platform's window shuts.
What it will not do
- Silence in a clause is never read as consent.
- We never ask for the customer list or service addresses to size an archive.
- No pest control platform can pay to change its row.

No pest control platform pays to be listed or described here, and no buyer pays to be named. When a pest control firm licenses its records to a buyer we introduce, our fee is 12.5% of that licence where we act as its exclusive agent, with a minimum, or about 10% where its records join a bundle or the pool; it is agreed in writing before anything is shared, and any fee a buyer pays us is credited to the firm.
